Ongoing Courts Inspection by DJ

DJ Mr. Zafar Ahmed Sherwani is conducting the inspection of his subordinate courts. Monday has been fixed as the inspection day. One court is inspected every Monday from 10.00 am onwards. The court being inspected is supposed to finish off its judicial work in the first two hours of the inspection day. Inspection includes the judicial as well as financial records of the courts.

Order Issued Against Police

DJ Mr. Zafar Ahmed Khan Sherwani passed an order against Police Inquiry Officer for non submission of interim Challan report. The matter came up before the DJ as direct complaint against the concerned inquiry officer for not submitting the interim challan report under section 22A Cr.P.C. A case was registered against the concerned IO under section 173 Cr. P.C.

New Public Dealing Timings Fixed

District Courts, karachi East will now be dealing with public from 11 am till 1 pm daily. However, information kiosk can be approached in other daily working hours.
